It corrects the complex distortion of my Nikon 12-24mm quite well; if anything there is only very slight remaining barrel distortion for moderate distant subjects.
Yes, lenses released after the last version of CNX2 are not supported even with firmware update, so a capture with my 300 PF for instance does not show auto-distortion as an option in CNX2 (not that it really is needed for that lens though).
