Tri Ton forest
« on: August 29, 2015, 11:39:35 »
After four hours drive from Can Tho you are arriving to Tri Ton mangrove forest. Only locals are there, turism is very rare. The views are stunning. I was very depressed that I doid not take telephoto lens for the trip to Vietnam as there were so many beautifull birds. The organizational "smell" of comunism is there too. A bit chaotic, no communication, you are paying for the fixed program with no chance to even turn left or right.

But we are there for the memories and pictures...

I am very ambiguous about Vietnam. There are so many attraction points: Nature, Food, Traditional Art and Crafts. And then there is this outdated political system that makes people's life so small and unachieving (or in your case limit the photographic opportunities). A pity. Fascinating mangroves. One of the important Habitats for a lot of species including humans...
You are out there. You and your camera. You can shoot or not shoot as you please. Discover the world, Your world. Show it to us. Or we might never see it.
