Introduce Albert Esschendal
« on: January 22, 2024, 16:32:53 »
Hello, I am Albert Esschendal a Nikon photographer since 1982.

I am an Electrical Engineer stopped working October 2022 and will be retired may 2025.
In the mean time I will be an unemployed, focusing on photography.

I started with a Nikon FG film camera photographing family events upto the end op the 80's.
After that I restarted my photography activities during a family trip to New York Sept 2000.
Yes I photographed the world trade centre with a FujiFilm finepix 4700, before it came down
a year later.

Interest in photography was there again and with the introduction of Nikon D70 in 2004 I
started again as a Nikon photographer. Invested in new camera's (D200, D3, D4, D800E,
D5, D850, Z7II and Z9] with a lot of Nikon and Schneider-Kreisnach F-Mount and Z-Mount
lenses (Stop counting at 50+ lenses)

Having a lot of time during covid'19 so I transformed from user to user/collector and added
some Nikon S-Mount equipment with a Nikon SP and some Nikon/Voigtlander lenses (21,
35, 50, 85mm )

Beside photographing (mainly Pro Deo photogrsphy of Sport, Event and Travel activities)
I am also active as a modurator in another Nikon usergroup "Nikonians".
