Title: The Rodenstock APO Gerogon 150mm f/9
Post by: Michael Erlewine on September 29, 2020, 02:40:02
Here is a photo taken with the Rodenstock APO Gerogon 150mm f/9 as mounted on a lens board with the Cambo Actus Mini-B with the Nikon Z7 as the back.

I am comparing it to the Rodenstock APO Ronar 150mm f/9, which is also a process lens. It is said that the Gerogon is a wide-field process lens and has more internal glass in it and should (perhaps) perform better than the Ronar.

At first glance, first shot, it looks like it does at that.

Well I’m glad I suggested it although I didn’t think that you would go out and buy one but glad you did, the outcome certainly looks good glad you’re enjoying it. Gerry
