The firmware is loaded to the Nikon sites and can be installed now. There is an update 1.10 for the FTZ adapter as well that hasn't been announced to my knowledge.
Both camera and FTZ firmware updated without hiccups earlier today.
-
Updated here too, no problems.
-
Z6 and Z7 smoothly updated.

Ah, a separate downloand, the MAFTZ0110.bin file.
Updated the Firmware MA version from 1:00 to 1:10 for Z6 and Z7

How can you check the FTZ-firmware?
You need to download the fw update for the ftz adapter and load onto your memory card, attach the ftz adapter only and check the fw in the menu, that way you can update the ftz adapter.

Already discovered and updated, Fons. Thanks.
-
What new features & fixes do you get with these?
-
I presume that one needs to repeat this process for each FTZ adapter that one has - the camera just being the conduit or "middle man" as it were.

The FTZ adapter firmware needs only to be updated to 1.10 in case one wants to update the firmware of certain F-mount lenses, the 70-200/2.8FL being one of them. Which are the other ones?

Yes, repeat for every FTZ. In my case, all four of them :(
