As the title says this is an absolutely awful selfie, please excuse the dire haircut I haven't been able to get one since last year!

Nikon Z6 + Z Nikkor 35mm @ 1/50 f5 ISO1000.

I don't think your selfie is awful.
However. You need to change your blower as this is the worse type which sucks ambient polluting particles and blast them back into the sensor or lens.
I use the Eyelead and VisibleDust blowers but there are other brands available provided they have a dust filter and anti-static thingy.
They need to be replaced depending on usage but yearly is the norm.

Entirely OK haircut Mike, no worries. Your desktop looks pretty well organised and compared to mine very tidy indeed :)

I hate my hair being this long, too many years in the Navy, can’t wait for the barbers to reopen!

That’s a modern problem isn’t it, no escaping the autofocus eye is there, warts and all!

Hello Colin, I will only see the beard if you show it to me!, yep getting rid of dust is Rocket Science!! The orange blower was a free gift on the Amateur Photographer magazine, I’m a sucker for a free gift ::)
