Title: Greetings from Wyoming
Post by: andrewbrosig on April 15, 2020, 05:06:57
New to the group; live and work in eastern Wyoming. I'm a photojournalist and writer, currently working as editor for a group of five weekly newspapers. Here's a sample of what I do - data Nikon D5 w/ 80-200mm f2.8 VRII lens/D4s w/ 20mm f2.8D lens

EDITED: I mistyped in the original post; while I still shoot film, all of these shots were digital - D5 and D4s. Sorry for the confusion. And yes, I do still shoot some film professionally for publication.

Welcome to our peaceful corner of the internet.

Do you still shoot the F5 for work? I believe there are some avid film shooter members here.

Please do show us more of your work (either professionally or from hobby).

Hi

Welcome!

I can see the F5 film shot gives some "texture" to the image. Is that your reason to still use film or it is also the special colors a specific film can give?
If you have used D4s on a high ISO you could have got a much "cleaner" shot (but maybe not as "art like")?
