I use Perfectly Clear mainly for portraits if I don’t have much time. The beautify preset brightens eyes, smoothens skin, and whitens teeth without overdoing it (the beautify+ is too much). That takes more time in photoshop (LR is not up to the task of skin smoothing). I also tried it for landscape and nature but in 99% of the cases I got an equal result in LR faster. LR has become much more advanced masking PC redundant.  If I use a plugin for landscapes, I prefer Luminar.
So if you do a lot of portraits, PC might be a good choice. Otherwise I would use my money on other tools.

Thank you for responding. I do some portraits, but 90% of them are of my grandchildren, who have no skin or other issues to correct. So, I think I will take a pass on Perfectly Clear.
