How Can I Pray For You?
Marilla Street - Dallas, Texas - May 5, 2017
This was shot on the same day as the NRA protest, just a few blocks away from City Hall. I was leaving the event, after a hectic day of shooting, and was actually putting away one of my cameras when I came across this gentleman.

Interesting things on so many levels. The photo makes one want to ask pretty many "why this why that" questions... 8)

somehow the guy spontaneously causes the feeling that I want to vomit on my side.
great shot!!!!

Fascinating shot. Interesting expression on the subjects face, not quite sure what to make of it.

I don´t know if it is a cultural shock, I´m in shock or this guy is shoking. ;D I don´t know how to take him or what he offers. Center and balance composition with a straight look into the matters lets me concentrate in the character and situation...to come out disoriented. Thanks for sharing it!

Thanks for the comments.

one of those strange and compelling street scenes that just has to be photographed to be believed. Also an interesting question to pose for the audience. In Mongo's case, the answer would have to be "constantly and intensely". Nicely done as always Rick.

love it! You have been on a roll here lately! Keep up the great work.

Agreed, I even wondered "is that a pipeline in the background?" and "how, exactly, are those wheels attached?"
I hold Rick's good natured portrayals of mysterious behavior in the highest possible esteem.

Rick,
Interesting and though-provoking subject matter, as always.
I assume he's also scalping Admission to Heaven tickets?

Thanks to all for the comments.
When I first approached him, I noticed the wheels and thought that it probably just made it easier to move the chair about. A few minutes after I shot this, he came whizzing by- the recliner chair was motorized! :o I am not sure how he did it, but he was moving along at a pretty good clip.... ;)
