Title: Printing Nikkor a50mm Adapter Question
Post by: Michael Erlewine on March 24, 2018, 21:07:57
I purchased a copy of the older Printing Nikkor 150mm, the first version. I see that it has a little helicoid scrwed on it that does not belong there. As far as I can see what is there (when I remove the helicoid)  are MALE 52mm threads. What I need is and adapter to mount to NIkon-F that has 52mm female threads.

Is there a specific adapter that anyone can suggest with a link?

Nikon's K2 Ring is a F to 52mm(female) adapter.

But I'd recommend that instead of trying to locate just the K2 adapter, look to acquire the full K extension ring set .. probably handy to have the extension rings as the lens will almost certainly require some.

Thanks! I thought I tried that, but somehow missed it. Works great.
