Looks like an extensive river and lake system in Mexico.  Any hints about where on the map that might have been?

according to the map on my mobile we were flying south, between Cd. Obregon and  the town of Creel, I would think the passengers on the left side of the plane, looking east, must had a great view of " Barranca del Cobre"

Thank you Fons

The view from such heights and the dirty  window lets the sensor capture information with the histogram all bunched up in the middle - ie: very little contrast

The second image is spectacular.  But I always curse the terrible scratchy foggy windows on the plane.

Armando, very nice captures under what are often very frustrating conditions.
