Title: Posting links to M$ OneDrive-stored images
Post by: Airy on June 21, 2015, 06:48:16
My images are copied into the "public" folder of my M$ Cloud, after which I copy the link to the image and put it between the (http://) balises.

So far, so good, images are correctly resized and the original can be viewed.

Problem is, when I go back to the thread a few hours later, the image is no longer visible. The image is still there on OneDrive, but the address has changed.

Bottom line: OneDrive is not Flicker. I'll have to find another solution. Sorry for the inconvenience, there are already three cases here.

Test

Works for the time being, but no preview - this seems to be a link to the page

Using img balises does not trigger preview

OK, I am stuck indeed.

Airy, please give this a try.

When I follow your link I end up here (a page, not an image):
https://onedrive.live.com/?id=F25F89109D687689%21186621&cid=F25F89109D687689&group=0&parId=F25F89109D687689%21186620&o=OneUp (https://onedrive.live.com/?id=F25F89109D687689%21186621&cid=F25F89109D687689&group=0&parId=F25F89109D687689%21186620&o=OneUp)

When I click on "View original" we go to the original image here:

Then I right click and choose "Copy Image Adress" and paste that address between the img code brackets.
