I doubt anyone wants to move to Michigan, but it is worth checking out the studio, house, wood shop, etc., fully equipped for 4K video, and state-of-the-art audio recording. It is fun to see the pictures, at any rate.

I have a smaller studio in my home, which seems to be the only one I am using lately. However, what is being offered here is very lovely.

Yep. Not using it as much I have. Time to let someone else enjoy it.

Michael, I wish I could move that down to Louisiana! BTW, I'm a fan of your work. Thanks for sharing so much. I'm learning all the time.

Wonderful. I used to live in Detroit. Gave up snow for the sunshine in Florida. Good luck to you. Dale

The studio has been sold. Closing the deal in the next few weeks.

Congratulations. This is a big decision for buyer & seller. No wonder it took some time.

Well, I have let a group of young (30-year-old-ish) musicians use it for free (different groups) for years, just to help them out. Musicians have no money; we all know that.
And I sold it to a group that I let use it for free, and I have permanent access to it, a key, and can store my personal "stuff" in a back section until I get too old to care about it. So, yes, it seems to all be working out.
One of my daughters, a very talented and well-known musician in the Mid-West, May Erlewine
There are scores of May's live music-videos on YouTube, and most of her albums are available. Here are a couple tunes I like to brighten your day, and a link to one of her sites.
