Title: Scotland event - waiting list - PLACES AVAILABLE, 17 FEB. 2016

At the moment there are four members on the "waiting" or "interested but not committed" list. They are, in the order in which they contacted me -

1) Jørgen Ramskov
2) Simone Surace
3) Andrew Iwanowski     Best of luck with the other trip, Andrew.
4) Bruno Schroder

If anyone else would like to be on this list, please let me know. However, it has to be said that we are unlikely to have many cancellations and the event is currently fully subscribed at 20 participants.

Good to hear Andrew, you were really excited to go back to Canada last time we spoke so I'm happy for you the trip materialised :)

Good we set up a waiting list ... Dave should contact those there to learn if there is still interest in participating.

Andrew: sorry to miss meeting you this time, but there will be other opportunities for sure. Have a nice trip to Newfoundland.

We do actually have a cancellation - Sten Rasmussen - and I have already alerted Jørgen (Ramskov) who was top of the list. After a few days, if he decides he can't make it, the next person on the list will be contacted. And so on.

When a new participant takes over Sten's place, Sten's deposit will be refunded.

As of 16th Jan, one person has cancelled his booking in the Scotland event and two members have withdrawn from the waiting-list. Simone Surace, who was next on the list, has taken the vacant place, leaving Bruno Schroder as the only person at present on the waiting-list.

There is still one place available for our Scotland Event in May, and there might possibly be two.  NO - I was wrong there. Just one place available at 18 Feb. 2016.
