Not as good as Fons' file but I do hope you can do some creative things with this file.
If you would be willing to do so, please share what tool(s) you used for editing.
Feel free to add multiple edits!
Enjoy!

Fons, that's a beauty!
I love the contrast and the blue-yellow pastel colors!
I had to do this :)

Very colorful building ;)

I did a geometry makeover plus a colour/contrast boost.
In the second version I was aiming for a special vibrant green, obviously.

Wow, space cake version.

Some wild processing!

Here's my version. Didn't really do too much aside from desaturation, increasing highlight/exposure around a few of the clocks (which has traditionally been a popular meeting spot in Melbourne).
Flinders Street Station has quite a fair bit of history. For example, there's an unused (these days) ballroom (http://architectureau.com/articles/flinders-street-station-ballroom/) that has gained a little media attention in recent times.

Thank you for your entries! I love it.
Perhaps anyone with another entry before I decide?

It was tough to make a choice but I opted for John's version because of the surprising composition.
Congratulstiond, John.
It's up to you now!

Wow, super, Peter. I am very honored.
I will post a new Challenge.
