I haven't tried this as I use a D800e, perhaps surprisingly there is no equivalent update for the d800e though!

Have just completed the update, but most of the additions published falls outside my normal use.

That's strange, as a firmware upgrade to 1.10 was announced in May last year and I upgraded then.

Yes Mike, its been out for a while, but only done it now. There was no urgent items required from the upgrade, but you never know if there is some hidden improvements lurking in there.

Yes, this has been around a year.  I use the assign movie record button custom function, to put ISO on the movie record button.  Changes the button from a frustrating reminder of where the mode control could have been, to something very useful.  I would like it even better if you could assign the mode button as well and swap the two around.

Daniel, have you tried EasyISO (for use if you shoot in A or S mode)?  I find it even more useful than assigning the movie button to ISO (which I have done).
