Title: Olympus IOTY 2021 Microscopy Contest

All of them were fluorescence images this year.

My photomicrograph captured with the Nikon Z6 was the winning image of Asia Pacific.

I take it the fluorescence is induced by UV? Would be nice if you wish to share some details on this approach.

Yep, autofluorescence induced with the use of a wideband UV-DAPI filter cube.  Photographed with a microscope.
