Title: Clean and grease 50mm f/1.2 AI

I found a good condition lens which is a bit hard to turn towards the close distance end. I hope it didn't have an accident which its good condition doesn't suggest.
Maybe it only needs greasing. Is this something a seasoned RC modeler could do himself? What's the right grease?

Any tips are welcome.

It’s not so hard to work on. One of my few successes in fact.
