Title: Replace the screws on the back of an Andor Zyla camera!

I lost the AC adaptor and USB cable of my camera during a move.  The replacement USB cable I purchased used M2 thumbscrews, whereas the camera uses M3!  Boooo.

Now, I need to find if there is another source for M2 hex pillars in M3 sizes and external threading.  The ones I purchased was short but long enough to adequately mate the thumbscrews and the pillars.
