Browsing through old images I came across this until now neglected image from a 2016 holiday shot in the village of Caleta de Famara on Lanzarote.
To me this image tells a story of why I like Spain and especially non-touristic places like this. People enjoying a drink and/or a simple but oh so tasteful lunch outside a no-nonsense beach bar.
Image shot with a Fujifilm X100

Thank you Luc for sharing with us a life that I hope all of us can re-aspire to once we have all been vaccinated and the CV-19 monster is finally tamed.

Showing a relaxed atmosphere on the local beach bar. Like it.

As always, your single image contains lots of information. Thank you for sharing, Luc.

Exactly Thomas, the feeling of relaxation and careless freedom. Give it time, it will be back for us to enjoy.

I don't want to spoil the HAPPY moment, but it should be Chiringuito, with a G.
Badly needed here too: despite being a spanish word, there's a Chiringuito 117 bar 200 m from my house, and a VIP Chiringuito a little farther (1 km). Currently closed at 18:00, will be open on evenings veery sooon.
Ciao from Massimo
