Nice write up Richard - thanks.

I have one of these lenses, so your write up is a very useful resource for me should I need to clean the lens.  Fortunately the iris is free of oil (well it is so far).  :)

Richard, you have the most strange  :o :o :o diverse and interesting test/review images of the entire internet!  ;D I'm always mind-boggled about your surrounding  ::) but in a very positive way  8)
Makes of course direct comparison near impossible - but for sure very interesting and even entertaining! A huge thank you for that!
Repair write up is immaculate as always.
