Nice captures especially the second
I am not an expert in ornithology, most scientific names are in Latin but this is in Greek that means  this bird must be found here and the meaning is flower-hand   Golden-wing

Hi Nasos, very interesting to read your translation and to know its in Greek and not Latin (I'm also far from an expert in ornithology).

Mature Wattle Birds are frequent visitors to our garden, especially when the flowers are in abundance.  I have not seen a juvenile bird until now - so special thanks for these fine images.

Thanks Hugh, this was taken in our garden and was a first for me to see a jv being fed.
