Seems like a very nice lens. What would the parameters of an equivalent f mount lens be?

I'm not sure what you are asking, but an equivalent lens for the f mount would also be a 14-30mm f/4.

I guess he would mean the final focal length this (great) pictures were taken with... As "17mm in the 14-30mm range"  :o

The lens and also camera certely loves light wow!

I love #3 ! Not only the colors and composition but it also makes me curious!

I thought about buying the lens but the remarks about sample variation scared me off.

This colorful cart is used by a guy to sell cooked corn.
I think my copy of this lens has no issues.

The high contrast and vivid colors seem characteristic of this interesting lens. I initially thought it is a little expensive for an f/4 lens but given the memories that I have of the heavy 14-24/2.8 and lugging it around when traveling, I guess this lens solves that problem perfectly.

Have you used filters with it, and how does that work out?
