From my herb pot mounted on a wall.

Nice background, with a beautiful bokeh. Any idea of the identification of the species?

Bjørn its a wild garlic, most probably a Allium ursinum? It does not form any bulbs, just give of a garlic smell when crushed between the fingers.
-
Does it have very broad prominent basal leaves?

Does it have very broad prominent basal leaves?
No it does not, the flower only developed in the last weeks, planted last September. Was wondering if the broad leaves will still develop?
-
Some more research shows it to be Allium tuberosum.

Good because your plant didn't look like A. ursinum ....

Sensitive rendering .... your style.

Thank you Frank.

I find this very beautiful. Delicate, and with a lovely creamy background.

Thanks Susanne.

Delicate and seemingly out of place ... but in a good way.
