The bus would have blocked much of the green. Green plants > bus, I say.
Water Grill apparently is still there...looks nice, but I haven't been.

In the recent absence of my Z6/105 MC Nikkor, I resorted to the D500 and its DX Micro-Nikkor, 85mm f/3.5. For some reason, that Micro-Nikkor never became popular and it was quickly discontinued (Roland will arrest me if I'm mistaken on the facts, for sure).
Anyhow, the 85 Micro certainly can record RGB.

It's a delight to have these guys occasionally turn up here in inner Melbourne, this shot was taken about 70m from our front door. Their gregarious manner is quite uplifting given the dour suburban setting.
It was the fashion here in the late 70's to plant "native" gardens and over the last decade these have become temporary oasis for birds like these Musk Lorikeets. I say temporary because with the destruction of their regional habitat and the local removal of the now mature eucalypts (to accommodate denser inner city housing) their days here are numbered.

Thank you, Hans, for detailed explanation of the environment for the fascinating birds. Sad to know the natural trees are cutting down even in your country, but should be spectacular to watch them flying around or flocking around the trees.

Nice photo Luc.
Fendt make really excellent tractors. This little lot are to the north side of $A2M - or about 222 Nikon Z9 camera bodies here in OZ.
Dad was a farmer, as are a number of my friends, and Fendts have a great following here in Australia and also in New Zealand. They come with a lot of nice technology in them including remote monitoring of system peformance by the service agents, who in the busy season will come in the middle of the night if need be to make adjustments. Epitome of German efficiency. I have a friend with five Fendts.

Hugh also thanks for the interesting additional information. I never payed attention to the brand of tractors, your comment changed that and on this afternoon bicycle ride I noticed three Fendt tractors!
John, you're absolutely right I had forgotten about the Shape Echo Theme thread. I think this image is even more appropriate for Shape Echo than for RGB.

Some Cyano bacteria produce toxic amino acids, which are stable in the food chain and may cause harm or death, if these occur in mass.
It is considered that the amount of application of fertilizers in traditional farming may be the main reason for mass occurance.

Thank you for the explanation and the link to the PDF. I just realized that bacteria is what we call "A-oko" and is causing various environmental problems here in Japan, too.

Akira, that is spot on with the theme and a very interesting on its own. I can feel the stories and the framing works almost like a comic book to let the viewer follow the information with panels. Rhythm, structure, story-action, color! It really works for me.

Thank you, Paco. Actually, this is one of my favorite street snaps I've ever taken with any of my digital cameras (D7000 in this case). The red color of the sweater of the man corresponds to its complementary blue color on the tent on the other side of the tree, and the girl's orange bag and blue clothing corresponds to the color of the tent on the other side of the tree. The tree also enhances the contrasts of man and women as well as young and aged. All these interesting contrasts happened at this very moment of the symmetric geometry.

Exactly! Great shot

It’s a cracker. Made me think of ‘Mon oncle’, which reminds me that I think Tati had one of the best set eyes that ever were.

Ok, I've not posted many (any?) images in this thread.
Finally I've taken some, then
a) wasn't sure if they qualify (do they have to contain only R, G and B?)
b) seems there are multiple threads for RGB topics
and this one (the most active) actually started as one for RGB Flora and Fauna....!
Well, my first might just fit into that.....
(marking the impending General Election in the UK)

More straightforward, in the same Bristol street as the one above,
and pleased me in its simplicity

Spot on! Second one resonates better with me. Minimal RGB on a larger scale.

After your last visit it was a question of "when" rather than "if" ;D
I miss you and your colors around!

Congrats Paco, seems to have been a matter of when rather then if for a number of us lately. ;D

Finally, a nice, simple RGB from nature. New sprouting from a wildfire-incinerated Laurel Sumac (Malosma laurina) shrub, common in our area. A Wild Cucumber (Marah macrocarpa) vine shares the barren ground thanks to recent rain. Added: A wider shot for context.
