this is a nice stillife
i am always fascinated of these old communication machines
on a dark monitor finding the crack in the disc is not so easy, maybe you lift the shadows a bit

I like this a lot, the combination of light and shadow. Must be a lovely place to stay. Did you take more of the like?

Thanks!
Here's one from the reception. Very cool place. The receptionist is dressed like they did 100 years ago.

Thanks Jakov!
The Df...just a great piece of a camera. Especially with the new focusing screen. Ran a side by side test today with a Df with stock screen and mine was easier to focus (35/1.4 Ai-S).

Are you talking about the viewfinder or the back LCD screen when using LiveView?

The reason we stayed in this hotel was this:
Kaptein Sabeltann (Captain Sabertooth) - a hugely popular show for the kids. The show has been running since 1990.
The concept has been sold to other countries as well.
This image was captured with the 105/2.5 Ai-S @ f/2.8, 1/400s, ISO8000.
