friggin scary :P

In what way Elsa?
If you mean he might have hit me, remember that it's a radio-controlled model, thus didn't have weapons. If you mean that it looks like he was going to fly into me, remamber that a plane in that position must either turn fairly sharply, or he would fall out of the sky.
This one was scary. He lost control of his direction on takeoff and ended up heading straight towards us, but managed to get it up over us.

Reminds me of the Alfred Hitchcock movie North By Northwest.

A classic example of 'shoot first, ask questions later' ?

Are those corn fields below :)
Both images are really good considering that the plane was moving towards you and that getting it in focus can be difficulties in such occasions. (for me without a doubt)

... and Cary Grant is jogging through the cornfields.

Thank you gentlemen. Jakov, it's just grass.
-
Scary in that he is aiming right for you :)
-
This might be a stupid comment but I just love the 'facial expression' of the little plane. I think it looks almost apologetic as it was aiming for you. :)

It does look rather like a smiley doesn't it?
-
Nice shots :)
I think the title goes better with #2 ? anyway I like #2 better, the blur of the propeller, and the close up is quite nice
the plane looks rather fragile and would need precise control, or many hours of repair work

Thank you Armando
