There's something a little alarming about that cloud, but it's an excellent cityscape.

If it were mine I'd make the sky beneath the cloud, on the RHS of shot, a little lighter.

Dave, thanks for your comment and advice.  I tried to make a quick adjustment of the brightness and color saturation in the area you pointed out using the local adjustment in the Camera Raw filter in CC2015.  Hope I have understood your advice.  The brightness balance of the entire image looks better, and the fan-shaped cloud stands out more.

Yes - that is exactly what I had in mind, just a small increase in brightness there improves the whole image.

It's a powerful image.

Dave, thanks again.  You also gave me a good opportunity to learn the local adjustment with the Camera Raw filter in CC2015.

Armando, thanks.  The position of this unique cloud was low enough to be shot with the foreground.  I was lucky.  :)
