What is the business model of the thieves? Standard practice it that after a burglery serial numbers are published as "stolen" which means there is no white market for the items. Only thing I can imagine is that a collector sent the thieves and wants to keep the items anyway. What do the Sherlocks say?

Maybe some "users" have "pre-ordered" the stuff to be stolen...
