Had a play with new feeder a 1 in 20 success.

very much like the image Graham. Your resistance to the temptation to lighten this image has made it what it is. The frame is a little square but it works just fine in this context.

The conditions look fairly darkish when this was taken. 1 out of 20 is not bad at all given the conditions and the result to achieved. Would suggest some noise reduction if possible. Other than that - keep’m coming.

Very effective, agree with Mongo about the luminosity, it works well here, just enough lighting to make it work, and evoke a particular feeling/time of day.

I would love to see the technical details of camera, lens, settings, to get a better idea of this shots creation.
