Common loon and chick imaged last summer.  I liked the interaction, poses.

D4  600VR  f/4, 1/1000s  ISO 1000

Randy, I am starting to develop a huge hankering for a little boat just like yours. But I doubt I would be able to use it to such great effect!

Appreciate your input. 

I thought about cropping more from the left, as there is a lot of empty space there, but left it because it made the chick look even smaller (at least to me!)
