I love doing portraits of strangers, as is, where is. This place sold New Zealand farmed salmon and was a good 30 miles from the nearest town on the shore of a huge lake.
-
So she doessn't sell her sea shells along the sea shore. :D
Nice interaction!

A long canal was built to take water from this lake (Pukaki) to a watershed (Waitaki) that already had several hydro dams on it. It was cheaper to build the canal than to build a new dam. The salmon are farmed in cages in this canal.
-
I like her smile and the impression that you caught a lively moment. It would be nice to actually see that she sells salmon!
-
Yes. Great smile, great moment and expression.
-
Vibrant image, but nothing there that says salmon to me.

Mt cook alpine salmon" on the shirt, "caviar 100grs" on the board... if not in the tittle I will not probably get it but I don´t really care. Fresh, fun and close up relation with the model comes through the image. She looks very attractive beyond the physical and that is very elusive in a photo, let alone from someone you don´t know.
Great job Ron

Fair enough.
