Title: EN-EL18 batteries
Post by: chambeshi on November 30, 2017, 13:55:20
An active thread on DPreview provides valuable info on 3rd party batteries in grips. A 3rd party D850 grip is feasible, considering the profile of the camera and the availability for previous DSLRs. Third party grips should also ease the supply bottleneck on the latter but obviously these cloners have to deliver 9 fps

Had bad experiences with battery clones of the EN EL 18x: quick drain; impossible to obtain a full charge.  Never again.

I have Patonas but cannot try them because the mb d18 is still not there but I have their X100T replacements and they are still very good after 3 years of heavy usage
