Title: San Diego - Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery
Post by: HCS on September 15, 2017, 21:05:52
Been to San Diego (again) for business. Took the photo gear and tripod and had some RtP (relaxation through photography). Went some places, but also the National Cemetery near Cabrillo National Monument. The latter was closed when i arrived there, but the cemetery offered some photo opportunities.

I hope you like (some of) them. Thanks for looking.

Hans,
I think you've captured the cemetary In an interesting and respectful way. I especially like the color versions. The lines work well in those photos.

Great series, as others have mentioned.  I was at Cabrillo many, many years ago.    Your images are very familiar.  I remember capturing images very similar to yours with a Nikon D50 and a Tamron 28-200.
Thanks for sharing.

Respectful and iconic images.
I have never heard before your RtP concept, but I practice it when possible. Now I have a name for it  :D

Thank you Andrew, Paco and Jakov for stopping by and commenting, even though these are from some time ago. Have been back in San Diego already, but without camera this time.

Thanks!
