Nikon D7000 with 70-200mm f/2.8 at 115mm. 1/2500 at f/8. ISO 500.

Depending on the weather, in the last half of March and into April, there is a very good chance of getting a shot  of them carrying something in their beaks. Makes for a more interesting shot when they are.

Very nice image

Always like the contrast of the pink feather vs the blue sky

It remains a species I want to photograph, while I have seen them fly by at a distance, I'll need to arrange a trip to the area where I've seen them
