Bob:
Striking images, all. I generally like the non fish eye look, but the column image lends itself very well to that style.

Well done.

Cheers

Randy

I also like all of these images, but the column image is special.  Very well seen.

Beautiful series Bob!
Nbr. 3 and 6 are my picks.

How do you get the sky that blue? :)

Beautiful, indeed.  I always enjoy the IR shots from this place.  The calmness is well rendered in IR.  Nice sunstar in #5.  :)

These are infrared images where the cutoff wavelength bleeds some of the red portion of the visible spectrum.. A simple red/blue swap in photoshop gives the false color appearance of a blue sky.

Thanks for the explanation.

I have a converted Nikon 1 V1 with a 720nm.
When I swap channels I'm not getting close to your result.

well as i indicated this is a RG715 @ 0.8mm thickness directly on the sensor which acts like somewhere between a RG665 and RG695... (the schott excel spreadsheet doesn't work on my mac or i would calculated it exactly).  if the thickness of your RG715 conversion was close to 2mm it would have much less red leakage.
