I really like this photo. If it didn't have the dog in it, I think much of the appeal would be lost.

very nice lines, lovely mono tones and perfect dog and placement. Agree, the dog makes a good image great in this case.

I also find this image very appealing, black and white feels right and the dog is key to it.
I wish I shot it; in that case I would find space on a wall in my home to hang a framed print.

A very accessible image.  The important elements of the image are crisp and clear.
