Good job of shoe-horning a very wide brightness range into a single exposure.  I can feel the cool sand between my toes(it's hot here right now).

Thank you!  It was an early morning shot, so that sand in the shade was very cool indeed!  This is the crest of the dune between the beach and the residences.
