what a beautiful scene. I would have liked the horizon somewhere else than in the middle - but still - it is a great capture
-
Thank you Elsa, a sliver off the top maybe.
-
Fons , is it a double exposure?
Nice winter mood
-
One exposure two or more layers one of them b/w edited with photoshop,
Nasos it is spring here but temps on the beach were like 16 centigrades and overcast weather,
some cold wind, flat light.
-
It looks like the apocalypse, or a post-apocalypse world. I hope this isn't a prophesy, Fons.
-
Now that you mention :)

In the far distance there is what is called the Maasvlakte a large industrial area between the Northsea and Rotterdam.
-
I also like it very much Fons. I would be inclined to crop even more off the top.
For me, the footsteps lead into the ghost person and then onto the industrial background (Maasvlakte). IMHO the sky is nice, but not the subject.
