Title: Dad's Belated Birthday Present

I try to get dad up in a different aircraft, usually an old warbird, each year around his birthday. This year it was this gorgeous North American T-28B Trojan. The pilot, Doug Durning, gave dad one the best rides he has ever had. He not only let dad take the controls for a while, he also treated him to a couple of barrel roles. Dad is still smiling.
