I love it.  Nice asymmetric three-layer composition.  The reflection and the flare of the sun gives a nice atmosphere.

The sun and it's reflection feel a hair off to the left.  I like off-center stuff, but when it is so close to the center it feels a bit unsettling composition-wise.

Thanks for the comment. I'll have to get out the ruler to confirm and adjust.
