Hum... I have the money, but this lens will not land here.
Have you looked carefully?
The crack in one of the sides is a bad sign, it seems an heavy impact...
-
Looks more like a scratch. Regardless, the lens is missing the rubber grip, I'd expect a big discount for that :)
-
Anyone throwing 33 Grand on such a poor sample of the 13/5.6 should have their head examined. Free of charge.

According to the description, the lens apparently was used in the cinema industry...
Anyway, the new Sigma 12-24/4.0 on Nikon body or Sony A7R MkII + Cosina/Voigtländer 12/5.6 might be better options today.

This listing first appeared on eBay 27th May 2015.
The price hasn't changed over that time.

Not a crack, just a scratch I think, not likely that the focus ring would crack there unless the lens exploded ;)
-
Maybe yes, maybe not...
If used to cinema means a gear was screw in there, and the circular mark could confirm, but we don't know how hard that screw was turned in....
-
Might also be a gear ring to control focus with the lens in an underwater housing. These add-on rings can exert quite a pressure to the lens casing and make focusing stiffer or uneven once the ring is removed. I have experienced that with my 20/2.8 AIS in an Aquatica housing and I didn't tighten the locking screw that much ...
Whatever attitude is taken, the asking price still is ridiculously high.

not even near MINT
-
As much as I prefer lenses with conventional aperture rings and am blasé toward the new-style ringless G and E aperture control style, I would enthusiastically buy a modern Nikon, Sigma, Canon, or other ultra-wide lens rather than this thing.

Ken Rockwell once wrote its distortion-free but this guy writes a lot.
maybe the ebay seller cites him when talking about holy grail
-
The price has dropped to $27k. Now it's a bargain, right?! ;)
-
Please pack me four... ;D ;D ;D ;D
-
keep one for me please :D

What a bargain! Dropped to $27000 USD! Yay!
For $27000, you get a free trip to the states, a giant lens cap which you may use as a bowl or even stove (seriously, that lens cap is Huge) , and a massive eggplant to shove into your camera :P
Don't forgot to use it hand-held, you may rip the mount off the camera, and potentially have the world's first defect 13mm/5.6 copy! Sell it for even more!
Oh man I love making fun of this eggplant lens. :P
