Robert,
as much as I apprechiated the fix on the other shot,
I do not like it as much here.
IMHO the picture ends being over-clean with the make up of the disturbance in the feathers.
It catches my eye more in version one, it's also more lively there.

i agree.  But i was practicing my post processing and this one looked particularly easy.
