Title: Hello From Minnesota!

Hello from the Twin Cities.  Well the temperature has plunged and the snowflakes are flying about in the air.  I look forward to learning more and hopefully helping others here.  My main interest has been related to using vintage lenses on my D7100 body.  I also have a strong interest in nighttime photography and the use of long exposures.  My first camera was a Nikon FE way back when I was in junior high school.  I still have it!  Other than some point and shoot digital cameras my big leap was to the D7100 a couple of years ago.  I find the technology very interesting.  In any event... hello!

Being welcomed by everyone is about as far as I likely will get as a world traveler.  I have trouble venturing outside of my postal code very often! :)
