Title: Advice please? Stuck rear lens cap on TC-14E III

I'm not sure how this happened, but I've got a rear lens cap stuck on my TC-14E III.  :-[
How do I get this cap off without damaging the TC???

You need momentum energy. Put the TC on your largest lens, then use rubber or leather gloves to get a firm grip on the lens cap, and twist the lens slightly in the "tightening" direction, then immediately the opposite way. Don't put the cap into anything like a clamp or vise as this can make the situation worse.
