Title: Nikon D500 Batteries

Just to say had great service from the Nikon service centre at Richmond.
 As I am sure everyone knows the older batteries do not appear to work in the D500 as well as they should and Nikon offer a swap over service so I sent 2 old nikon En-EL15  Li-ion 1 batteries back to them last thursday and today I received two brand new Nikon EN-EL15 Li-ion 20 batteries free of charge.
 Very Impressed with such a quick efficient service!

Medium service around here, but that's we have to expect from Iberia Nikon service.
They replaced all my old batteries but I have to proof twice that the D500 I own was really bought by me...

I delivered a bunch of old batteries (5-6 or so) to my Nikon dealer (Interfoto, Oslo) over the counter and promptly got the equivalent number of brand new units, still in their unopened factory box. No questions asked.
