and the song, for me, is "Les oiseaux de passage" by Georges Brassens.
If you understand French (and you may since you seem to spend your summers in the Loire Valley), you could enjoy it.

I like Brassens' songs, but his 'French' is not of the easy kind ... from a different 'Epoque' altogether,  ;)
