Many Tibetan Buddhist don't talk for certain period of time for spiritual reasons or way of life or both. Her hand-sign using both hands reminds me of that..

A chance shot, or a snap, which caught the girl gesticulating, more or less suggesting emaho, tibetan for how wonderful.
