11. Sorry about the repost. But since it was shot on the same streets, the series felt incomplete without this one.

Lovely place and colors.
I like the last one very much.
Jealous of that white/blue car and trailler.
The distortion in the first one is quite bad. I didn´t care much for this some years ago, but after reading so many complaints it started to bothers me too!
-
I always appreciate your sense of color which seems to be deeply related with the Indian culture and tradition and is reflected in this series really nicely.
The steep perspective of super wideangles works very well with the brilliant colors. Maybe #6 is my favorite here.

Thank you Aguinaldo. I happen to like the first one because of distortion. :D I find certain photos become more compelling with distortion present in it.

Thank you Akira. India has little too much color everywhere. :D :D

Aguinaldo and Akira, summed up the photos nicely!
I think that you have mastered the blue color in such a way that the rest of the colors simply sing :)
-
Somehow I like #5 and #9 very much. These off colors set me back into some old time film days.
You put some filters to very good use here I guess. Thanks for sharing.
-
Very nice series, Anirban albeit a bit incoherent because of the different post-processing. I like especially the 'weirdness' of #2. ;)

Frank, interestingly your favorites here look like the closest to your snapshot images in terms of the style.
-
Thank you for the kind words Jakov, Frank & John.

It did cross my mind John as well John. I've added a mental note. :)

which images are you referring too?
I see a relaxed attitude prevalent here not a textbook design.

I was referring to the images #5 and 9 you liked. To me, both carries the atmosphere that I feel from your recent street snaps.

sometimes it is one's own echo one understands best
-
it sall written about your super colour work, so I only can add me to the list of people who like these pictures.
My fav is the car with the canoe
-
A delightful series. It appears to be a location from 40 years ago. Sort of an old fashioned look about everything except for the modern cars. But then there is that old turquoise and white station wagon with the old pull trailer. Too cool!!
(I have not seen a Ben Franklin store since I was a kid.)
-
Thank you Thomas. Glad you like that canoe shot.
Andrea - photography is so much more enjoyable when it evokes a response like this. Thank you so much. I'm glad you enjoyed this series.
**"Five and dime" store Ben Franklin - they are now owned by a Wisconsin based company.
#12. Lot of Scandanavian-American footprints in this part of the country. Such as "Uff-da!" :D
