In Valencia they do not put out tapas on the bar. What they call tapas there are more like appetizers everywhere else. I feel you went out of your way to find something negative. If you don't like the food, eat elsewhere.

I only expressed my sadness about uniforming the eating culture of the world.
.... and yes tapas are appetizers, that you can eat the whole night
with good wine and good friends, or strangers, or both of them

It's OK Thomas, but I think the tapas you lust for are served in the North of Spain, and this was in the South.
